Dr. Jochen Grossmann

was an investment banker at Commerzbank until March 2007. His final position there was Head of the Capital Markets & Advisory Division encompassing Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and from 2002 to 2005 the bank’s private equity business. Dr. Jochen Grossmann joined the Management Board of Wolfgang Steubing AG in April 2007, one of Germany's largest independent securities trading houses, before being appointed its CEO in early 2008. He held this position until he left the company at the end of March 2012. While there he was also responsible for creating and establishing Steubing’s capital markets & corporate advisory business. Along with several smaller mandates, Steubing AG acted as co-lead manager for SAF Holland's €140 million capital increase in March 2011and advised the Management Board of GSW Immobilien AG on its almost €500 million IPO in April 2011. Dr. Jochen Grossmann is a (Non Executive) Director of various Investment Funds and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of FiNet Asset Management AG, Marburg.
